Organic Safflower Oil (Carthamus tinctorius) Description: Made from the seeds of flowering Safflower. It has a golden yellow color and a mild, pleasant scent, reminiscent of peanuts. It is suitable for normal to dry skin. Safflower is a high herb with bright yellow, orange or red flowers. Dried blossoms are also used for cooking and its name comes from the similarity with much more expensive spice saffron. Valuable components: It contain a lot of linoleic acid (Omega-6) and also oleic and palmitic acid. It has a lot of Vitamin E which is a valuable antioxidant and Vitamin K.
