Tasting Notes Our Tradition cuvée is our entry level in the red Bergerac. It is an easy to drink wine, round in the mouth, with notes of fruit. This wine is a reference in red Bergerac, it mixes a fruity and pleasant nose, and on the palate a sweetness and a pleasant roundness. Fruity nose, intense and elegant. This wine has a lovely soft mouth and balance. Easy wine to open, no matter the occasion. Grape variety: This red Bergerac is made from 33% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Franc and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon. Best served with: It goes well with both red and white meats. Serving temperature: It is a pleasant wine to drink for all occasions, to be served between 13 ° and 15°C.
