About this product
Produced with Negroamaro grapes, harvested manually at the beginning of September. Short maceration on the skins directly in the must and fermentation in white at a controlled temperature (18°C), followed by a short refinement in steel before being bottled. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. Pale and crystalline coral pink color, Garnet is an immediate delicate wine, irresistibly delicious. Characterized by a clear olfactory profile that opens with typical hints of wild strawberries, currants and raspberries. Followed by aromas of peach blossom, which mix with pleasant saline sensations. On the palate it is fresh and agile, supported by a solid acidic push and perfectly measured in its softness. Fruity and citrusy finish. Warm octopus salad, shrimp skewers, salmon steak with tomatoes and thyme, sashimi. Serving temperature: 8-10°C
