VT COSMETICS Reedle Shot Vita-Light Eye Cream is a brightening eye cream containing a high concentration of 100,000ppm vitamin B3. Hydrate and revive dry, dull-looking skin. It uses an applicator that provides up to 12,000 oscillations/vibrations per minute. The microsonic vibration helps the active ingredients penetrate into the skin rather than sitting on top of the skin. The applicator automatically starts when it contacts the skin.
